About

Making Indian law accessible to everyone

LawSaathi is an AI-powered legal workspace for India — built so that citizens, students, businesses and practitioners can research statutes, draft documents and understand judgments without wading through jargon.

Our mission

More than 1.4 billion Indians live under a legal system built from the BNS, BNSS, BSA, the Constitution, hundreds of central statutes and lakhs of judgments. Access to that system is uneven — advocates cluster in cities, bare-Act text is dense, and most first-time users don't know where to begin. LawSaathi's mission is to bridge that gap with AI that is grounded, bilingual and free.

What we believe

Grounded in Indian law

Every answer is anchored in the BNS, BNSS, BSA, the Constitution and central statutes — not a generic global model.

AI that shows its work

Responses cite the relevant Act, section and case wherever possible so you can verify against primary sources.

Privacy-first

No selling of data. Documents are processed to give you an answer, not to train third-party models.

Bilingual by default

Ask in English or हिन्दी and get answers in the same language — with more Indian languages rolling out.

What LawSaathi does today

Where we're going

More Indian languages (Gujarati, Marathi, Tamil, Telugu, Kannada, Bengali, Malayalam and Punjabi are next), deeper case-law coverage, team workspaces, and an alerts system for judgments and amendments. See the full roadmap.
